Veel thuis zijn, en vaak alleen vraagt om een woning die de buitenwereld toegankelijk maakt. De typologie van het gebouw is geschikt voor het bouwen op kleine kavels, te midden van leefbare plek. De plint van het gebouw biedt ruimte voor commerci\u00eble ruimte en een grote fietsenstalling. Hiermee wordt de omgeving verder geactiveerd.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Werkmenshuis<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:21px\">Het ontwerp kenmerkt zich door grote werkplek in de erker, overhoekse ramen en trappenhuizen aan de kopgevels die je altijd het gevoel geven verbonden te zijn met je leefomgeving. Er is getracht via de typologie van de woning buitensluiting, eenzaamheid en anonimiteit tegen te gaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:21px\">Op elke verdieping zijn de woningen gelegen rondom een gezamenlijke hal. De woning wordt betreden via de keuken, deze informele entree zorgt voor een indirecte relatie tot de buren. Van daaruit loop je de vierkante woonruimte in, die vrij in te delen is. Hieraan gelegen is de grote thuiswerkruimte overgoten met daglicht. Zittend in de erker ervaar je de rijkdom van je omgeving met in de verte het stadspark en historische centrum. De slaapkamer is een knusse plek aan het balkon waarin je teruggetrokken en private sfeer voelt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow
